How to make an insurance claim

1. Insurance Claims for Care, Custody and Control of Animals including:

  • Veterinary Fees
  • Death of Animal
  • Loss by Theft or Straying
  • Loss of Boarding Fees
  • Advertising and Reward
  • Animals in Transit
  • Custodial Responsibility

If you need to submit a claim under any of the above sections of cover please either:

  • Contact the Petplan Sanctuary team on 0845 070 1064
  • Download a claim form here , complete and return as instructed

2. Insurance Claims for all other sections of cover including:

  • Property Damage
  • Business Interruption
  • Money
  • Goods in Transit
  • Specified All Risks
  • Frozen Foods
  • Employers’ Liability
  • Public Liability, Products Liability and Professional Indemnity
