1. Insurance Claims for Care, Custody and Control of Animals including:
- Veterinary Fees
- Death of Animal
- Loss by Theft or Straying
- Loss of Boarding Fees
- Advertising and Reward
- Animals in Transit
If you need to submit a claim under any of the above sections of cover please either:
- Download a claim form, complete and return as instructed
- Contact the Petplan Sanctuary team on 0345 070 1064
2. Insurance Claims for all other sections of cover including:
- Property Damage
- Business Interruption
- Money
- Goods in Transit
- Specified All Risks
- Frozen Foods
- Employers' Liability
- Custodial Responsibility
- Public Liability, Products Liability and Professional Indemnity
